To celebrate World Save Water Day on March 22^nd, WaterAid have created a great scheme to raise money. Tap into WaterAid is an easy and cost free way for restaurants, cafes and bars to support WaterAid, simply by asking customers to make a small donation when they request a glass or jug of tap water.

WaterAid is an international non governmental organisation. It's mission is to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world’s poorest communities.

Why WaterAid’s work is so important

• One in eight people in the developing world do not have access to safe water
• 4,000 children die every day from water-related diseases
• Just £15 could enable one person in the developing world to gain access to a lasting supply of safe water, sanitation and hygiene education

So, if you are out for a meal or a drink during World Water Week, 22^nd- 29^th March, make sure you Tap into WaterAid and help make a difference to some of the world’s poorest people.
